Modern Heat Treat was established July 2009 and began production on January 2010. Owners Brad Luce and Rudy’s Saucedo little business soon exploded into a 25,000 sq ft facility on a 5 1/2-acre lot. They currently have 60 employees and over 45 pieces of equipment
